Increase is an American inspirational gospel music group from Seattle, Washington, U.S. The group was formed by Producer, Musician, and Composer Mark Anthony Smith. While constructing the independent record label Triumphed Recording Company, he developed the concept of having an act with a predominantly non traditional Christian contemporary sound. The primary act that was launched from the label Voices of Rejoice was in need of backing band musicians, and also had an overflow of written song materials with more of an urban production foundation. The realization of the remnants from those recordings incorporated a new sound, eventually and naturally bringing the addition of Increase into existence.

The sound recordings of Increase contain a multifaceted production approach. They range from mixed genres of modern and retro hip-hop elements to early 80’s funk with urban contemporary roots. The vocal characteristics transpire strong and soothingly soulful dynamics of graceful harmonic tones throughout the composition selections. Lyrically the content of uplifting messages reverberate inspirational words of the gospel. The album titled ‘Melodic Praises’ is available now on all major streaming platforms.
